Travel insurance is crucial, especially in case of cancellations on your part. Our strict cancellation policy, detailed in our terms and conditions, states that we only provide refunds if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance or in case Wandering Owl cancel the tour. However, the changing weather in Tromsø can result in cancelled flights, delayed transportation, and missed tours.
In such cases, we do not offer refunds, so travel insurance is your only means of obtaining compensation.
