We do not suggest trying to wait until the last minute to book a tour for the following reasons: We are usually fully booked well in advance for our most popular tours, as are other tour companies in Tromsø. By booking last minute you may not be able to find a tour company with any availability remaining.
In addition, weather in coastal northern Norway is highly variable and forecasts are not always easy to interpret. The weather you experience in Tromsø city center is not necessarily representative of where our tours will be heading. Our guides are experts in weather reading and will choose the best possible destination for each tour based on the current conditions. If we ultimately decide that the weather is too bad for the type of tour you have booked, the tour will be cancelled with full refund.
